Our Budapest Office has been appointed to full service consultancy for the construction of Coloplast’s new Portuguese production facility CMPT I.
CMPT I has a gross floor area of approx. 57,600 m² of which approximately 11,500 m² are clean rooms in the initial construction phase, and with over 20,000 m² once the facility is fully operational. Aqvila will provide pre-construction services (technical due diligence, site investigations, conceptual design, building permit design, tender design, prequalification of contractors, tendering, and contracting) as well as construction services (contract management, technical follow-up and construction spot supervision). The initial taking over by Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal of the constructed facility is planned to take place in October of 2025. The final taking over of the facility will take place in early 2026.
