Final design phase of the new Coloplast factory, CMCR I, in Cartago, Costa Rica with a gross floor area of approx. 21,000 m2.
During the last five months, Aqvila have together with their sub-consultants in Hungary and Costa Rica been designing the civil, structural and architectural works as well as the building services for the new Coloplast facility containing offices, meeting rooms, production area incl. ISO class 7 clean rooms in occupancy state ‘as-built/at-rest’, cooled and ambient warehouses and dispatch area.
The detailed design of the last building works is expected to be completed within the next few months.
The tendering of the construction works is on-going.
In accordance with the results of the tendering phase Aqvila will as full-service client consultant prepare a FIDIC Red Book fixed price contract for the building works between CMCR and the successful bidder.
