Description

For a new district heating plant in the western part of the city of Caen in France, the indoor secondary steel structures with a total steel tonnage of ~59 tons were installed at the plant.

Scope of services

As Dall Energy’s Consultant, Aqvila was responsible for all design services in connection with basic design, detailed design, and static calculations for the plant’s indoor secondary steel structures for support of furnace and equipment, platforms, stairs, railings, and ladders (i.e., design conditions, specifications, workshop drawings, etc.).
