Description
Grundfos are currently planning a new combined office and social block by the existing production facility in the town of Tatabánya in Hungary. The gross floor area of GMH I New Block is 2,290 m² and comprises a three-storey building (including basement) comprising locker rooms, squash courts, fitness center, spinning/calenetic room, lunch room and offices. The new building is linked to the existing GMH I Production building by a glazed connection corridor. Moreover, the scope also covered a two-storey rebuild inside the existing GMH I Production building housing a medical clinic.
Careful detailing, attention to detail and close cooperation with the client and existing users ensured that the New Block was seamlessly incorporated into the existing GMH I and GMH II production facilities.
