Description

Aqvila agreed to assist Novo Nordisk with client consultancy in relation to various technical and commercial Civil work (including building services) issues related to the construction of the new pharma building (approximately 900 m²) in Denmark. The existing building structure was dismantled and demolished and a new one-story building was constructed.

Scope of services

Review of civil and building works tender documents/drawings prepared by others for the Design-Build & Turnkey contract for the new laboratory building. Review, commenting and approval of the contractor’s detailed design as well as site supervision.
